Before joining Evergreen Realty & Associates, Inc. in the Beach Cities area of South Orange County, Dean chartered banks in the Midwest, was a Senior Real Estate Loan Officer, sold wholesale loans in bulk and insurance. He developed valuable expertise funding everything from agricultural to home loans to joint ventures to businesses and shopping centers.

Barbara owned and managed Salons/Sebastian International Artistic & Training Centers/Boutiques in the Midwest and California. Both pursued careers in Real Estate with Lantern Bay Realty,Century 21 Beachside, Exit Elite Realty, and most recently joined Evergreen Realty & Associates, Inc. to continue their passion to help put their clients in homes they love and real estate investments they enjoy.

As a team, they love putting deals together.

On the home front, married almost 40 years with 5 children and 5 grandchildren, they love family life.

Their children are involved in industries ranging from construction, creation of custom furniture, salon and cosmetic industry, professional vocalist and musicians, song writing, acting, entertainment, sound/lighting technicians, and wedding and event planning businesses. Dean loves football and Barbara loves fashion and interior design.

Dedicated to fulfilling their purpose, " Love God, Love People ", they are active in Rick Warren's global P.E.A.C.E. plan and multiple community programs. They are members of the Worship Choir lead by Rick Muchow, Creative Arts Director and Worship Leader at SVCC. Dean is also a community leader there.

They love the lifestyle in the Beach Cities area of South Orange County, soaking in the beauty that surrounds the beaches with growing, lush hillsides and legendary sunsets. A piece of paradise they feel blessed to enjoy with family and friends.
